Soil composition: Moderately clayey.
Wine characteristics: Dark
cherry red with brick overtones. The powerful varietal aromas well matched
with notes of its long ageing in cask achieve a moderation of tannins. By
mouth it has a meaty body, well structured. By reronasal via it is very expressive
and tasty with richness and lingering of sensations.
Serving suggestions: It should be served between 16º and 18ºC. It is
a wine very easy to macht although it is specially indicated for simple dishes,
roast meat, mushrooms or rice. Al lower temperature it should be served with

should be opened from two to four hours before consumption.

Wine characteristics: Ruby-red colour with evolving rims.Iligh-medium
intensity. This wine opens itself quickly offering special notes and wood flavour tinged
by remains of fruitiness and spirits. It is complex by its good harmony and aromatic
abundance. By mouth it has a good entry and great expressiveness. Moderate acidity and
well structured with warm and soft tannins. It shows a pronounced meatiness after ten
minutes in the mouth. The aftertaste has toasted sugar touches.
Serving suggestions: Between
18ºC and 20ºC it can be served with a variety of omelettes without forgetting the knife,
fork and baked bread, the season game, lamb, young goat's liver, "ibérico"
sirloin just sauté and many other natural food. At lower temperature it is a perfect
match for fish on its own sauce and for tradicional "paella". Open the bottle an
hour before consumption. |
