Tasting notes
Colour
Deep rich mahogany with a slight orange hue.
Nose
Vibrant bouquet made of dried apricots, figs and fresh Seville oranges combined
with walnuts.
Palate
Delicate, complex, mature and still delightfull fresh, finely textured with
a smooth silky finish.
Suprising combinations
Combines with desserts made any of the following: chocolate, cherry, dried
fruits as for example "sabayons", "mousses","charlottes".
