Aged for at least three years from 100 per cent Pinot Noir this Rose Champagne is a beautiful pink or orange. It's fine and a regular bubbles end in a lovely persistent mousse.
The scent is powerful, reminiscent of wild strawberries. The taste is fresh, well-balanced and long. One finds the perfumes of red fruits, with a touch of vanilla. This Champagne can be drunk with game and meat in rich sauces.
