Purer Chardonnay gives this Champagne its brilliant pale golden colour. It's mousse is very fine, long lasting and creamy.
Aged for at least three years in cellar in contact with that its yeasts, this great Champagne is made up from the Tete de Cuvee,
the juice from the first pressing.
It is marked by its wonderful smoothness and its floral nose with a mixture of flavours of warm brioche and dried fruit.
That taste is round and generous, with biscuit flavours, harmonious and long. It is a Champagne for special occasions.
