It is golden in colour and has a light mousse with fine regular bubbles.The scent is of ripe fruit and jam, while preserving its elegance it also shows the characteristic power a of the Pinot Noir grape variety.
Reserve Brut is an excellent aperitif Champagne, and it may also be drunk with roasted meats.
Reserve Demi - Sec has a softer taste, ideal for people who like a more medium taste that is not so dry.
