This Champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay, a brilliant pale gold, typical for this grape variety.
It's mousse is fine, and creamy, a smooth scent of pear and apple. The taste is long and well balanced. It shows a remarkable lightness and smoothness, with an elegant bouquet.
Age in cellars for at least two years it is perfect for an aperitif, or with seafood and fish.
