In a place like the South of France, where so much clearly depends on the earth, you look at the land, at the sky in a different way. And you know that the joy of living comes from caring for the land. So we work, hand in hand, with local growers as passionate as we are, growing original plants and making noble earthy varietals.
This, the best known variety in the world, shares its name with a tiny village in Burgundy. It is the only variety used in the best dry whites of this region. Wines from Champagne also use Chardonnay.
The Chardonnay grapes for this single varietal << Mediterranean >> Vin de Pays were harvested in the Pays d'OC where it has also enjoyed a huge success thanks to the perfect adaptation of certain well chosen vineyards to the cultivation of this variety.
As harmonious as a nightingale's chorus. Fresh floral aromas enlivened with green apple and a note of nectarine.
Long and melodious. A delight to taste.A cool cellar temperature of 10 to 12C will be best with this wine, shared between friends as a casual drink, or with fish, poultry and pork.
